General Information: Government customers should request a user name and password to access the governmental portal. The portal includes information on how to track orders, RMAs (Return Material Authorization) and failed equipment. Service and status reports are also available. Device drivers and passwords to access manufacturer’s websites with drivers, technical information, reference and user manuals as well as other product information are also available on the portal. The single point of contact number for all customer support including purchase, warranty and repair information is 1-888-RFID-DOD. The RFID EPC-1 portal is at ftp://rfiddod.chevalrouge.com.

Option 2 – By E-Mail: Contact us at support@chevalrouge.com. Please include your agency name, site, address, point of contact, phone number, e-mail address and a brief description of the problem including RMA number if available. We will respond in a timely manner.
